Trainings
"We have two-phase trainings. The first phase lasts between two and three hours, when we do preparatory exercises on each apparatus to improve the technique of exercises and power. The second phase lasts about four hours, it is already on the apparatus, where we make individual elements, which we later combine into a routine."
