She discovered trampolining after her karate coach fell ill and was replaced by another coach. The new coach then set up a trampoline session. "It was completely by chance, destiny I suppose. I tried it and I immediately loved it, as it was what I enjoyed. I was always doing cartwheels, jumping from sofa to sofa, from side to side, on my parents' bed. I would not stop."
