CONTENTS

Audacious in presentation and breathtaking in delivery, the Glasgow World Championships set a new standard for the organisation of Artistic Gymnastics competitions.

Under the lights of the SSE Hydro, gymnasts starred in a magnificent production of high level sport. Each boasting an athlete for the ages, the U.S. women and Japanese men topped the medal table. Simone Biles and Kohei Uchimura, meanwhile, will go down in history as the gymnasts who remained untouchable throughout the Olympiad, with August’s big dance in Rio still to come.
