FROM BRAZIL TO PORTUGAL
She was born in Brazil and relocated to Portugal in 2015. Having previously represented Brazil at multiple editions of the world championships, she began representing Portugal in international competitions in 2022. "I came to Portugal for the first time in 2014 to train alongside [Portuguese coach] Carlos Matias and I got passionate about it. I stayed for two months only to train and I knew that was what I wanted to do in my life. [A year later] I came alone with the goal of training with the best."
