Additional information
GYMNASTICS HELP
Gymnastics helped her to deal with the loss of her mother at age nine. "When I lost my mother I didn't know how to overcome it and gymnastics embraced me. I don't know what I'd have become without gymnastics. Instead of being at home, crying and thinking about what would life be like if she were still there, I was surrounded by people who loved and supported me. Gymnastics gave me the chance to be closer to my mother. She lived well, she was happy and she gave me all of that. She wanted gymnastics to make me happy, and she was right."
