RETIREMENT
She retired from competitive gymnastics in March 2016 to pursue a coaching career in the sport. "I have had so many incredible experiences that I would not change for the world, but I felt it was the right time to move on to the next chapter of my life. I am excited to be working behind-the-scenes of the sport through my work with Welsh Gymnastics, and I am passionate about coaching the younger generation, where I can use my knowledge of the sport to help young gymnasts develop.
