COMPETING FOR BELARUS
After competing at the US Classic in July 2015 in Chicago, IL, United States, and on the advice of both of her club coaches, Galina Marinova and Artur Akopyan, she switched competing allegiance from the United States to Belarus. After finishing in 11th place at the US Classic, she felt she would not make the senior US team and would have a better chance not only competing at international competitions but also winning medals if she changed to Belarus. She competed for Belarus at the 2015 Word Championships in Glasgow, Scotland. 'Even though I'm not from Belarus it's really cool to represent a country at the world championships, and do the best that you can for that country."
