Injuries
He was originally selected to compete at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. However, he suffered an anterior cruciate ligament tear during training less than one week before the delegation's departure for the event and was forced to withdraw from the competition. (udn.com, 15 Jul 2021)
