Reason for taking up the sport
She discovered trampolining after her karate coach fell ill and was replaced by another coach. The new coach then set up a trampoline session. "It was completely by chance, destiny I suppose. I tried it and I immediately loved it, as it was what I enjoyed. I was always doing cartwheels, jumping from sofa to sofa, from side to side, on my parents' bed. I would not stop."
Milestones
She and her teammates Marta Chavarria, Melania Rodriguez, and Erica Sanz became the first trampoline gymnasts representing Spain to win gold at the European championships by claiming victory in the team event at the 2022 edition of the tournament in Rimini, Italy.
