LIFTING THE CURSE
Having finished fourth in four events at the 2021 World Championships in Kitakyushu, Japan, she won gold in hoop at the 2022 World Games in Birmingham, AL, United States of America. "I started to think I had a curse of fourth places but now I have lifted the curse. My coach said, 'You have to try and then when you have tried everything you can stop, but you haven't tried everything yet, so you have to continue'.
