He began practising artistic gymnastics at age four.
Reason for taking up the sport
"I was very unruly and jumped from sofa to sofa at my grandmother's house, so my mother signed me up for gymnastics." He first practised artistic gymnastics before switching to trampolining.
Milestones
He and teammates Carlos Del Ser and David Franco Canedo became the first trampoline gymnasts representing Spain to win gold at the world championships when they claimed the men's double mini trampoline team title at the 2022 edition in Sofia, Bulgaria. (SportsDeskOnline, 25 Oct 2023)
