"I began in artistic gymnastics and stayed for a year and a half, but they told me that I was too tall and lacked strength so they sent me to do rhythmic gymnastics instead."
Milestones
She became the first rhythmic gymnast representing Brazil to claim an individual medal at a World Cup event when she finished in the bronze medal position in ribbon at the 2023 World Cup event in Sofia, Bulgaria. One week later she became the first Brazilian rhythmic gymnast to win gold in individual ribbon at a World Cup event by claiming victory in Thiais, France.
