Start sporting career
He took up the sport at age six.
Reason for taking up the sport
His parents signed him up at Club Gimnasia Acrobatica Valladolid in Spain. "I was never still when I was a boy. I was always climbing on the sofas and doing twists and spins so my parents started looking for an activity for me in which I could jump around. I began with the introduction course in which I had my first contact with gymnastics and body movement. I fell in love with it and I just wanted to train. After some months I was asked if I wanted to join the club properly to start training and competing, and I said, 'Yes' right away."
Milestones
He and teammates David Franco Canedo and Andres Martinez became the first trampoline gymnasts representing Spain to win gold at the world championships when they claimed the men's team double mini trampoline title at the 2022 edition in Sofia, Bulgaria. (SportsDeskOnline, 25 Oct 2023)
