RETIREMENT
In December 2020 she announced her retirement from elite gymnastics after competing at the 2020 All Japan Championships. "When I suffered injures in May 2020, I was considering quitting the sport. However, I decided to try one more time as I was inspired by Asuka Teramoto, who returned to competition after damaging her Achilles tendon. I like making desserts, so I want to become a patissier."
