FROM SWITZERLAND TO ITALY
Born in Switzerland, she got involved in gymnastics there at a young age. In 2015 her Italian coach Monia Marazzi relocated from Switzerland to Milan, which prompted Cereghetti's family to look for a solution so that Caterina could continue working with her. It was decided she would spend six days a week training in Italy and return home each Saturday. "For me it was unfair if I could not continue my gymnastics career without her," Cereghetti said.
