He took up the sport in grade one of primary school.
Reason for taking up the sport
He got involved in artistic gymnastics at age two. He later told his mother that he wanted to switch after watching a trampoline gymnast.

Trainings
His technical training sessions take place between 18:00 and 21:00 five days a week. He focuses on physical training on Wednesdays and takes Sundays off.
