Start sporting career
She moved from Germany to Luxembourg at age two. Her mother signed her up for toddlers' gymnastics lessons. "Whenever I'm asked when I started doing gymnastics, I don't really know how to answer because I can't remember a time when I didn't do gymnastics. When I was 10 years old, I began training with the national team."
Reason for taking up the sport
"I started gymnastics when I was very young. I never did any other sports, I always went to the gym. There was never a moment where I thought, 'Okay, I'm really talented'. I went to the gym because I simply liked it. I always wanted to go on and on, and at some point my mother told me that she was a gymnast herself, but not until I was a bit older."

Her father is German and her mother is French. "They support me a lot, especially my mother. She practised gymnastics in the past.
