Start sporting career
She began the sport in grade 11 of high school in 2012.
Reason for taking up the sport
She was a fan of actor Jackie Chan, so she learned stunt work including wire stunts in grade four of primary school. Afterwards, she became interested in the sport after seeing it in a television commercial. "I was told that the sport would be dangerous, it looked like a discipline for men. But when I showed it to my parents by saying, 'I want to do it', they told me that they could see why I was fascinated by the sport."

LIVING ABROAD
She lived in Los Angeles, CA, United States of America, for several years, and returned to Japan in 2018, after graduating from university. She studied media arts at community college while practising her sport. "At that time, there were neither parkour facilities nor people who were living for the sport [in Japan]. Therefore I wanted to go abroad in order to learn parkour and English which would help me to make parkour friends from different countries and get more information about the sport."
