GREEK CRISIS
The economic crisis in Greece has required cuts in sports, especially gymnastics. "The money the state gives to sport is minimal. You should not cut it because sport has multiple benefits. I'm afraid we will have heating problems, so I just workout with isothermals and sweaters. I'm not optimistic. The entire world sees that Greece, despite the problems, remains the birthplace of this sport." (kathimerini.gr, 01 Dec 2012; newsbomb.gr, 09 Aug 2014)
