Speed 100m World Records shall be maintained separately for Men and Women. Additional record categories (e.g. Junior) may be introduced by the PK TC at a later date.
A Speed 100m World Record may be established during any official scoring run at a Record Eligible competition. This includes qualification runs, semi-final runs, and final runs. Records may not be established during official training, warm-up, or practice sessions.
