The Presidential Commission is composed of the President and the three Vice-Presidents.
The Commission reports and makes recommendations to the Executive Committee for decisions.
Any technical issues can be discussed after consultation with the Technical Coordinator and the Technical Presidents.
The President can invite experts to the meetings.
