For gymnasts listed in the RTP who decide to retire from competition must inform by e-mail FIG/ITA and must therefore send an email to fig@ita.sport and copy his/her respective National Anti-doping Organization. The gymnasts' licence will thereafter be cancelled and the gymnast will also be withdrawn from the FIG RTP from the date of receipt of the written notice of retirement.

RTP gymnasts, who had given notice of retirement to FIG, may come back to competition 6 months after the return to competition notification sent by e-mail by FIG/ITA and after having been on the FIG RTP for at least six (6) months.
